The Perfect Breakfast Taco
Your breakfast is sorted. This is simple and so full of flavour. There’s so much goodness in there, you’ll be addicted to them.
Fresh corn tacos. Philly cheese. Scrambled eggs. Salt. Pepper. Coriander & garlic oil. Make sure for this recipe you use a good oil. I use Broighter Gold.

Look, I know that you might have your own way of cooking them, but try it like this. Minimal cals. The secret to a good scrambled egg is to ensure that you give it a good whisk, to get a load of air into them.

Whisk your eggs in a bowl, and add them directly to a pan over a medium heat. Be sure to continue to scramble them when they begin to firm. When they are nearly done, add a knob of salted butter (my preference is Lurpak).
Coriander Oil.

3 tbsp broighter gold
Handful finely chopped coriander
1/4 tsp lazy garlic
1 chopped spring onion
Pinch of sea salt (Maldon is best)

Mix everything into a bowl, Leave it to the side for about 30 minutes to an hour.
