1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp coriander leaf
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

To plate add in this order. Flatbread. Hummus. Rocket. Beef. Sriracha. Coriander. Mint. Pomegranate seeds. Pickled red onion. Feta. Pinch of Za’atar and paprika.
