Gnocchi
Really impress your friends with this one. It’s so simple, and packs a ton of flavour.
Make mash. Mix with flour and an egg. Mix until it’s a dough. Cut sections off, roll out on a floured surface like a long sausage. Chop off segments- about a finger width or so.

Roll down a fork for pattern.

Bring a pot of salted water to boil and drop in the gnocchi.

Once it floats to the top, she’s done. Scoop it out and add to a frying pan or to your sauce.
I cut open some sausage, and crumbled it into some chilli oil in a frying pan. Add the gnocchi to the pan and begin to fry it to make it brown and golden.

Season with salt, chilli flakes, chives, extra chilli oil.
