Turkey Rasher Egg Cups 🥚
Unreal breakfast. Takes 20 minutes. 96 calories a pop. Buckle in, here we go.
Ingredients
1 muffin tin
1 piece of turkey per slot
1 egg per slot
Spinach
Salt and pepper
Cheese (optional)
Seasonings of choice
Method
Around the slots for muffins, place bacon around the wall. Place in an oven at 200 for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, crack in your eggs, and then top with some grated cheese (if you fancy the additional cals), also add any other spices you’d like, paprika, chilli flakes, za’atar to name a few. Place back in the oven for 10 more minutes.

Season with a small pinch of salt and pepper, spring onion, diced chillies, and chives. Done.
