Salmon Breakfast Bagel 🥯
It’s not often I eat fish, mainly because @knead_bakedgoods doesn’t like it. But today, I just craved salmon. Here’s a little breakfast inspo, incase you also fancy some salmon.
Ingredients
Poppyseed bagel
2 medium scrambled egg
2 tsp Philidelphia light
Red chard
40g salmon
Capers
Chives
Method
When I was whisking my eggs, I included half a tsp of Dijon mustard. Added a subtle flavour, which was delicious.

All in all, 455 calories. There are a few ways to lower that further; using one egg for example or bagel thins. Either way, it’s hard to beat. Enjoy.
