Chilli Chicken Pita Pocket 🫓

Who doesn’t love a chilli chicken pita? This low-cal version is sure to take that craving for one away (temporarily, because you’ll want to make this e’rr day!)⁣⁣

Ingredients

400g Chicken breast⁣
1 tsp Oil⁣⁣
Lettuce⁣⁣
Peppers⁣ (finely sliced)⁣
1 Onion⁣ (finely diced)⁣
1 tbsp lazy Garlic⁣⁣
Natural yogurt⁣⁣
Chillies (optional)⁣⁣
60g Philadelphia light⁣⁣
⁣⁣
MARINADE
•⁣⁣
2 tbsp light soy⁣⁣
4 tbsp sweet chilli⁣⁣
1 tbsp sriracha ⁣⁣
1 tsp agave/honey

Method

Cut your chicken breasts into strips, then throw it on a hot pan. Once sealed, add your onion and peppers. Let that cook for a few minutes. ⁣⁣

Add your garlic and fry for a few minutes, followed by the marinade mixture. ⁣⁣

Once coated and sauce begins to thicken, remove pan from heat and add Philadelphia. Stir until combined. ⁣⁣

Finely slice lettuce and cucumber. Toast your pita. And then combine. Don’t forget that drizzle of natural yogurt. ⁣⁣

Serves 3 - 429 calories per stuffed pita!
