Elotes 🌽

This Mexican street food staple is so simple but full of flavour. The secret is getting that char down on the corn. ⁣

 
Elotes Mexican Street Food

Ingredients

Corn on the cob⁣
Mayonnaise ⁣
Chilli powder⁣
Coriander

Method

Place corn in the oven for about 15 minutes. Remove and using a chef torch or a gas stove, char the corn. ⁣
Add a squeeze of mayo on your cob, spread all over. Sprinkle your chilli powder over it and then dramatically throw your chopped coriander on top. Simple and delicious.
