Cheeseburger Tacos 🌮

The taco you didn’t know you needed. @knead_bakedgoods bought some ‘posh pickle sauce’ from @hawksheadrelish at @scottsfarmshop_ - and the rest was history. I wanted tacos. Pickles make me want a burger. Combine the two. BOOM 🤯

Ingredients

500g mince (5%)
200g cheese (cheddar or mozz)
Salt & pepper
Baby tomatoes (quartered)
1/2 Onion (diced)
Coriander 🌿
Mayonnaise (light)
Gherkins (finely diced - or use the posh pickle sauce as we did)
Tortillas

Method

Add a tsp of oil to the pan, brown your mince. Season with salt and pepper. Then mix in your cheese 🧀

To each tortilla add 1 tsp of mayo, spread it out. Then stack your lettuce, mince, tomato, onion, coriander, pickle sauce/gherkins. IT COULDDDDNT BE EASIER!
